Full Listings

All full listings, whether online, by phone or post, will be confirmed by email. No full listings will be confirmed until payment is received.

Full listings are allocated on a first come first served basis on receipt of a registration form and payment.

All full listing businesses must complete the registration form provided giving contact details and any relevant business information. If the full listing registration form cannot be accepted, the full amount will be refunded.

All images provided by businesses for use with their listing must be owned by that business or have they must have permission to use on the internet. St Albans Businesses take no responsibility for images that are supplied without permission – any fines would be immediately paid by the business in question.


All information submitted to the St Albans Businesses website via St Albans Businesses should be checked and verified with that business before any purchases with them are made – St Albans Businesses take no responsibility for any transactions made with customers and that business.

If a customer is dissatisfied with a particular business they should email their complaint to hello@stalbansbusinesses.co.uk where St Albans Businesses may consider removing them from this website. St Albans Businesses accept no other responsibility in the matter.
Cancellations and Refunds

Full listings payments made are non-refundable. Annual renewals are set up but can be cancelled before the first renewal payment is taken.

Prices and Payments

Prices and payment options are available on the St Albans Businesses website – prices are liable to change at any time but changes will not affect listings/bookings already made.

St Albans Businesses accepts payments via BACS, Credit/Debit cards online.

Please note that payment is taken via a PayPal subscription button – PayPal will take payment monthly or yearly (depending on the membership option you choose) – SAB require a min of 12 months if you are paying monthly – you are then free to cancel your membership at any time, however, please note that if you cancel your subscription and want to renew your membership, you will be charged the rate that’s on the SAB website at that time – if you remain a SAB member, your membership does not rise – any queries, give us a shout at hello@stalbansbusinesses.co.uk



By purchasing a slot in BizCom publication, you confirm that you have the rights to use the images/photographs that you submit. If you do not have the rights of use and The Businesses Community is fined for using them, that fine will be invoiced to you for immediate payment.

When you reserve a place for your business in BizCom, you are committed to that place and no refunds will be offered.



St Albans Businesses nor any personnel will accept liability for any information featured on the St Albans Businesses website.


All images and video submitted to St Albans Businesses website must have permission from the relevant owners of that media for use on the site – all businesses who submit such media are responsible for seeking that permission.

By agreeing to take part in the #SABVideo you give permission to St Albans Business to use the footage on social media, PR and any websites.

Data Protection

To process businesses bookings we collect personal details. We will never sell or pass on your information to any third parties.

Feedback and Complaints

We endeavour to ensure every business benefits from being part of the St Albans Businesses community – we value all feedback and encourage businesses to communicate their experiences with us.

In the unlikely circumstance that businesses are not entirely happy with the services we have provided, we ask them to contact St Albans Businesses immediately via email hello@stalbansbusinesses.co.uk

St Albans Businesses will attempt to resolve any issues to the customers satisfaction as soon as we can. We pride ourselves on great communications and giving the best service we possibly can.

St Albans Businesses Privacy Policy

Your personal information is kept secure. Only authorised St Albans Businesses staff have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings.
